P.S. from Aeropostale Shopping Haul

Last week I had the awesome opportunity to host an event at P.S. for Aeropostale. This store is a version of Aeropostale that is geared toward elementary school aged children. I often frequent the store to purchase clothing for my son and when I was in there for the event I noticed that sizing starts at a 4 which means I can now shop there for both of my babies….which also means my sweet baby is growing up *weeps*

I am a fan of the brand because the clothing is fun, colorful, age appropriate and washes and maintains very well…not to mention the clothing is extremely well priced.

Such stylish clothing for boys

A few Atlanta bloggers joined me shopping. How pretty are they?

Tiffini, Kymberly and Erika

From now until Nov. 11, 2012 the brand has been so kind to offer an exclusive 20% discount that can be used online and in stores for your shopping pleasure. This discount coupled with the already reasonable prices….Christmas presents anyone?!!!

Print or use online until 11/11

Want to see what I got? Check out the video. Hard to believe I got all of these things for under $100!!

I was provided compensation regarding this post. However, all opinions are solely mine...but you already knew this!!

P.S. What Makes You Smile

I speak often about my treks to Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove to do some of that discount shopping that I do. One of the places that I frequent for shirts and pants for my son is P.S. from Aéropostale, a brand that caters to elementary school aged children.

P.S. from Aéropostale is currently running their second annual “What Makes You Smile T-shirt Contest” which is targeted towards children in grades 1-5. A winner will be selected from each grade. The top 100 finalists for each grade will be decided by public vote with the final winners being selected by P.S. experts.

The winners will have $1,000 donated to their school, and brand new P.S. t-shirts for their school’s entire student body. The winner will also receive a $500 P.S. from Aéropostale gift card and a quantity of their t-shirt design printed for distribution to their family and friends.  In addition the winning designs will be featured on mannequins in P.S. windows during the month of March.

Winners will be announced in December with school presentations taking place in February and March.

Please visit pswhatmakesyousmile.com for entry form and template. Entries must be in by October 31, 2012. Voting will run from November 1-15, 2012.

As an added bonus I will be hosting an event at the P.S. from Aéropostale location at Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove this Thursday, October 25 from 4-6. If you are on the southside please come by and have your child complete their entry  to get in the running!!!

Come check out P.S. from Aéropostale and me..Please?!!!

See ya there!

$75 Zutano Children’s Clothing Giveaway

I posted earlier about my opportunity to get up close and personal with children’s clothing brand Zutano while in New York for Blogher.

Upon my return I was sent these lovely pieces for Addison.

Her shoes aren't Zutano

She is wearing: Pool Toddler Boddice Jacket, and Fuschia Toddler Skinny Legging (shirt is from the spring line and is no longer online)

What I love most about this brand is how colorful and fun it is. The pieces are easily mixed and matched allowing you to create a number of outfits from just a few pieces. From leggings/socks to nursery decor, Zutano offers fun options for today’s child.

The wonderful folks over at Zutano are giving one of you, my fab readers $75 to spend with their brand. Clothing is for boys and girls and range in size from Preemie to 4T

Giveaway ends next Tuesday. GOOD LUCK!!!

Where I Partied at BlogHer..Zutano Edition

I was honored to once again be invited by Momtrends to a private party held during BlogHer. This party was at F.A.O.Schwarz.

This time I got the opportunity to learn more about the uber cute Zutano baby line that will soon be at your local Target.

The crowd was small and intimate, the perfect setting to  hear from the founder of the company and his family regarding their passion for the business and how delivering orders on a bicycle turned into a major children’s clothing brand.

This bike was used to make deliveries when the company was started

Zutano has some of the cutest baby things. I think the issue with some of children’s clothing today is designers are making children’s clothing miniature versions of our apparel. I am guilty of dressing my daughter as a mini me at times but it is so refreshing see how Zutano merges colorful baby centric designs with more modern styles that mix just the right amount of tradition with today’s trends.

Here are is a look at some of their adorable childrens clothing. If you are having baby fever look away!!

I ordered my daughter this cute jacket and scarf . Can’t wait until it gets cool enough for her to wear it.

Are you familiar with Zutano?  Make sure to look out for them on the Web, Twitter, Facebook and at Target near you coming soon.
