Our Generation Dolls Shop in Shop + $100 Target GC Giveaway

I was compensated for this post. I have a little girl that loves Our Generation Dolls and I love Target. This partnership is a match made in heaven!

Miniature dresses, shoes, and accessories are sprinkled all over my daughter’s floor. These items I speak of are in addition to her things, these miniature items belong to her dolls.

We are deep in the throes of all things dolls and while her children/ my grandchildren as she likes to call them can’t clean up after themselves it makes me happy to see her playing with them instead of being in front of the television.

Her collection of dolls is extensive and comes with some of the cutest accessories. I won’t lie and say I haven’t  had some difficulty in the past locating dolls that look like her but I’ve never had an issue with the Our Generation Dolls collection at Target.

Our Generation Dolls

Our Generation is more than just a collection of dolls and accessories, they have a story to tell that is empowering and entertaining for young girls.

” Our Generation is unlike any that has come before. We’re helping our families learn to recycle,
holding bake sales to support charities, even holding penny drives to build homes for
orphaned children in Haiti. We’re helping our little sisters learn to read and even making
sure the new kid at school has a place to sit in the cafeteria…

Our Generation is about girls helping girls who are less fortunate
because they want to and because they know they can.

And packaging that’s eco-friendly for a generation who wouldn’t
accept anything less.

It’s about accessories that speak to the multifaceted lives girls live.

It’s about quality dolls at prices aimed to not exclude anyone.

It’s about giving girls a voice to create and shape a community they love.

It’s about a very important generation and its story.”

I had the pleasure of working with Our Generation Dolls at their in store event at the Target in Acworth, GA on October 8 when they hosted a “Make your own Halloween mask” workshop. I had never seen a larger collection of Our Generation products in store before, and there was a reason. The Acworth location is one of the largest and best selling locations for Our Generation Dolls in the Atlanta area and the company recently launched a new shop-in-shop concept there.

If you are in the Atlanta area, this location will be hosting two more in store events this year. These events will be held on November 12th and December 10th, great weekend Mommy and me activity for those in the Atlanta area.

When I wasn’t helping the store guests with their masks I was looking at all of the Our Generation Dolls and accessories.

  1. I’m going to have to check them out. Victoria is probably still too young for dolls, but I’ll remember them, because they are way more af than the American Girl Dolls.

  2. So many cute things!!! I would say the Accessories Camping Set – Our Generation!! it sure beats the boxes with cutouts for “camping” in the house!

  3. These are beautiful dolls! I love the shop in shop option at this Target. I will definitely bring my daughter in for a visit.

  4. I LOVE these dolls and so does my little girl. I know she would like to have all of them. This Christmas we are going to get Jackie a deluxe doll set. She will be thrilled!

  5. I love the Our Generation collection. My youngest daughter has the red retro kitchen and the Abrianna doll. She wants the horse and stable next.

  6. I purchased the Adrianna doll for my daughters 2nd birthday. I returned it because I felt she was to young and showed no interest. I will purchase the Holiday Haven doll for Christmas. She’ll be 3 in February. Perfect time to introduce dolls.

  7. They need an event like this in Rochester, NY! My niece loves these dolls. So far she has one, so I would probably buy accessories for it.

  8. I’d love the Deluxe Doll set for my great, great niece…she is so girly and cute as a button, I might even get her some Jamies.

  9. I love these dolls. I think that it is wonderful that they are now producing girls toys with some type of hobby or interest. We are avid skaters so the roller skating doll is very cute. I also like Sia “Party Plans Go Pop!” Science is the art of invention doll. I love that she has the short lab coat that first year medical students wear.

  10. I like the Flora From Hair to There Doll from Our Generation Dolls. I also think my daughter would appreciate the Sitting Pretty Salon Chair in the accessories.
