I feel like I have been such a terrible blogger lately. I have been in full out party planning mode. Lil Mama turned 1 on Thursday and her party is on Sunday. It was every bit of my intention for this to be a small family oriented get together but you know how that is. This thing has grown a head of its own and its ego is huge. Every post next week will probably be filled with photos.
Last week I enrolled Lil Man in Kindergarten. He is anxious. Me? Not so much. I picked him up from school today and he had the nerve to walk in the house with only one strap of his book bag on. Told me that’s how the kindergartener’s wear their book bags. I can’t.
Lil Mama is walking and woe is ANYTHING in her way. My day is now filled with removing things from her hand and mouth…aaaand she had the nerve to try to speed crawl away from me the other day. She is still nursing, I am going the route of self weaning, while introducing Almond Milk. She is developing a little personality now. Sheer hilarity!
I went this week for my 3 month blood pressure/cholesterol check. My blood pressure is down to 120/84 Woot Woot! Told you I wasn’t playing games with this. I have removed excess sodium, and dairy from my diet. I run on average 3 times a week. This past week I beat my personal record and ran/walked 2 miles in 30 minutes. < THIS!
I see all of you vlogging this past week. I haven’t had the time to comment on your blogs, please forgive me but I’ve been inspired and Tuesday I will unveil a new feature for the blog and it involves vlogging. I pray this goes well.
Well its no mystery that photography has become a recent hobby obsession of mine. I am currently working on the website for….
I hope to have it up by the first of June. I have started taking pictures for other people…here’s a few.

Yay it makes me so happy to see that i’m not the only momma who plans to breastfeed to age one… i was actually thinking 18 months. I have been getting a lot of criticism from my family for that idea. I don’t know why.
Congrats on your blood pressure! And i love your little girls fairy wings, there is a woman in the area who makes those for little baby’s and i have been so tempted to get a pair for Chloe!
