Family Weekend

Weekend Wrap Up

This was one of those whirlwind weekends that has left me feeling every bit of frazzled and delirious.

Saturday morning we headed to Orlando to attend my husband’s cousin’s wedding…or I could’ve just said my cousin in law.

Roadtrip

We came back home one child less. My stepdaughter spent the holidays with us.

Anyway.

We left here with ample time to get there before the six o’clock start time but of course there was traffic. We finally made good time after the traffic and managed to squeeze out a little time to hit the outlet on our way to the hotel. We did a little shopping, grabbed something to eat and we were off rushing to the hotel to get ready for a six o’clock wedding that started an hour late.

Orlando Premium Outlet

I had an awesome time. My husband has a huge family, so whenever they get together it is fun to be had and plenty of pictures to be taken. We wobbled, cha cha slid and loudly/ratchetly rapped along with Trinidad James.

Cousins

Addy dancing

She danced the entire night. Matter of fact we had to hold her hand to keep her from running on the floor during the first dance.

Anedra and I

My SIL and I

Fun.Times

The wedding ended late, we went to bed late, and got up early to hit the road back to the A. Got back here around 4 and I went right back out the door to do some grocery shopping. Came home and cleaned up because my Dad is coming to visit from Las Vegas today! I am pretty excited about that.

In a nut shell that was  the quick and dirty of my first weekend of 2013. How was yours? Anything exciting?

Nothing exciting on this end ma’am. Standard birthday party to attend for the little man and such.

Sounds like little mama was the life of the party. Get it girl!!

Girl this was one weekend that was a bit busy for me I had to host 2 parties and cook for one of them and I had a birthday party and baby shower to attend. I was running around crazy but Sunday I had a break from the kids all day …all day I tell you. You all look lovely love that outlet down there.

Girl! I was so tired posting this. Straight delirium. I meant wedding. No need to be sad, no one died. Let me go correct that!

I was going to ask the same question as Jasmine if their was both a wedding and a funeral. Looks like the time was still well spent. I see that big ‘ol “T” over there. hehe

I need to make my way to the outlet soon, but ours unfortunately does not have a big T…….. My weekend was semi-eventful, a lot of birthday dinners. I love your hair color!!!!!!!!!!

I was hoping the hair color would cure my itch for a drastic change but those scissors are calling my name! That big T is the Truth. Love her!!

I always love a fun family wedding. I’m like your daughter, on the dance floor the entire reception. You looked beautiful. Loving your bangs. I can’t wait to get my bangs back. My weekend was great, girls night dinner (really needed) and the usual running errands and cleaning house.

Nothing that exciting at this neck of the woods. Just been looking to get more sleep (what’s that). Sounds like you had a great time at the wedding. I know Zee would be the first one on the dance floor too!
