One of the reasons why we had to look at this house twice before I agreed to sign my name on the dotted line is there was a ton of deferred maintenance that needed to be done. You know how the saying goes, ” You can’t see the forest for the trees?” Well I felt like I couldn’t see the house for the same reason.
