For some reason, I didn’t manage to wrangle a picture of the kids this Easter. My son didn’t end up going to church with us because he spent the night with my inlaws, so my husband, the baby and I went to church and scooped him afterward on our way to brunch.
Easter is such a reverent time to reflect on the greatest sacrifice ever made and I have really been spending time with that all week. My children don’t get Easter baskets, dye eggs or do hunts so I don’t have any fun Easter themed picture to feature this week other than family. We often gather for brunch on Easter with my freshman roommate and her family, this year was no different.
TIP Don’t be afraid to ask strangers to take a photo for you to make sure everyone is included. Be prepared to run full speed if they decide to run off with your phone..That’s all I have for this week!
Be sure to go and visit LaShawn and see what her Easter looked like. We’ll be back next week, the theme is Macro, so get up close and personal with something you want to photograph! See you next week.

April 9, 2015 at 11:18 amI’m not big on the whole Easter basket or dying eggs. My neighbor did give Riah an Easter bunny and she did receive a basket from her Godmother… but that was about it. Lovely picture!

April 9, 2015 at 11:49 amIt seemed like I was in a rush on Easter, so I didn’t get a good picture from our day. You guys got a great shot with your friends.
