Boys Fall Style with Osh Kosh Bgosh

I participated in a Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for OshKosh B’Gosh. I received an OshKosh B’Gosh gift card to facilitate my post and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.” “

If you are a boy mom you fully understand the struggle that is finding affordable and fashionable clothing for boys. My son is so hard on clothes, as a result I have no issue paying good money for high quality clothing because I will just find myself purchasing the same things over and over and over and……

I am always on the lookout for affordable, high quality clothing that will withstand the playground, and one of my go to brands is Osh Kosh Bgosh. My son is in a size 12 currently and they have a great selection of fall items that we picked up to add to his fall wardrobe.

Might I add, my selections are no longer sufficient and he has to make his own clothing selections. I’m so not ready for pre-teen years.

Osh Kosh Bgosh Boys Fall Clothing

For boys and girls, jeans are a must have staple and for years I have purchased Osh Kosh Bgosh jeans because they wash well and the style and fit is great for my son. We picked up quite a few pair of jeans, some in the same colors and we he was able to easily mix and match them with other fall items  making a capsule wardrobe that he was happy to sport to school.

If you are ready to head out shopping here is a coupon for 25% off a purchase of $30 that is good until September 30. Need to find a store near you? Click here.

Now that I have some of his fall wardrobe under control I wish I could get his appetite under control! When he gets home from school it’s like he hasn’t eaten in years. One quick afternoon snack I give them is one my mother used to call “bumps on a log.” My kids enjoy making them and the peanut butter usually holds them over until dinner. They are really simple to make, spread peanut butter on cut up celery stalks and add raisins. Easy peasy.

Knowing that jeans are a staple of every wardrobe, OshKosh B’gosh wants all kids to have what they need for school, from blue jeans to books! That’s the inspiration behind the national launch of the “B’gosh Jeanius Campign”.

  • OshKosh B’gosh, in partnership with K.I.D.S./ Fashion Delivers, Inc., and DonorsChoose.org will give customers the opportunity to donate a new pair of jeans or make a cash donation to a students in need this school year.

{VIDEO} H&M. Gap. Tanger Outlet Back to School Shopping Haul

Hard to believe that in just under a month my children will be back in the classroom. A few weeks ago I took a trip down to Tanger Outlet just to get out of the house and lucked up on some amazing deals for children’s clothing. A few of the sales are still going on so I would say keep your eyes peeled for Spring and early Summer clearance clothing that can easily help you transition your children back to school without draining your wallet.

At Tanger Outlet I was able to score some incredible deals at Gap, Old Navy, Carters, and P.S. for Aeropostale. Believe me when I say I didn’t pay over $7 for any one piece of clothing. I’m still excited about all of the things I was able to find some for as low at $0.50.

Outside of Tanger I also ventured to H&M and found some amazing deals as well. I spent right at $200 and walked a way with a ton of high quality children’s clothing. See what I picked up on the video below. Be sure to thumbs up and subscribe to my YouTube channel for all of my vlogs and videos!

Weekend Wrap Up

I am exhausted. This weekend was a whirlwind.

Friday evening my son’s school had their fall festival and I volunteered the trunk of my car for the trunk or treat portion of the festival. Basically I was required to sit in my trunk and hand out candy as children came by.

By the way...does anyone know why Mike and Ike broke up?

Left the fall festival and headed to the grocery store with the Mr. in tow. Always nice to have him tag along on those trips. Came home and went to bed because I had to get up bright and early to help Trina with a fashion show that she was putting on.

The clothes were sponsored by the Gap and were fabulous. Such amazingly cute clothes for kids this season.

Bernetta ripped the runway as the pregger model. Sorry I didn’t grab a photo of her dressed up but her makeup is fierce here.

I even got a chance to walk the runway as well. Here are the babies and I before runway time

Addison decided to have a mini meltdown literally minutes before it was time to go on. Here I am giving her a little pep talk, which translates into promises of purple popsicles.

Thank you Dea for this photo!!

A little before show prep

The show was a total success. The kids did an awesome job. If you can imagine the amount of work that went into coordinating something with 25 kids and borrowed clothes and shoes…yeah.

Congratulations to Trina for a job well done! Make sure you stop by her blog sometime this week. I’m sure she will have the official photos so you can see all of the cuteness.

Sunday I laid low, cooked some dinner and thoroughly enjoyed my additional hour. Did you?

How was your weekend?

P.S. from Aeropostale Shopping Haul

Last week I had the awesome opportunity to host an event at P.S. for Aeropostale. This store is a version of Aeropostale that is geared toward elementary school aged children. I often frequent the store to purchase clothing for my son and when I was in there for the event I noticed that sizing starts at a 4 which means I can now shop there for both of my babies….which also means my sweet baby is growing up *weeps*

I am a fan of the brand because the clothing is fun, colorful, age appropriate and washes and maintains very well…not to mention the clothing is extremely well priced.

Such stylish clothing for boys

A few Atlanta bloggers joined me shopping. How pretty are they?

Tiffini, Kymberly and Erika

From now until Nov. 11, 2012 the brand has been so kind to offer an exclusive 20% discount that can be used online and in stores for your shopping pleasure. This discount coupled with the already reasonable prices….Christmas presents anyone?!!!

Print or use online until 11/11

Want to see what I got? Check out the video. Hard to believe I got all of these things for under $100!!

I was provided compensation regarding this post. However, all opinions are solely mine...but you already knew this!!
