{kinda} Wordless Wednesday

I am so sad that I haven’t really been able to pick up my camera like I want to. Now that things are settling down I am thinking about doing a 31 day picture challenge just to get myself back in photo taking mode.

Here’s a few I’ve managed to snap in the last week:

Caught this one on a whim, it’s technically all wrong and real grainy but it depicts real life over here.  See that blur on her hand? She was mixing to her hearts content with a half done head of hair!!

    I love the kitchen one! I think the grain works with it since you converted it to black and white! And I’m a big fan of capturing real life!
    And yes, we need a challenge…and a photo walk…..we need to organize.

    Unrelated quick question: I hope you don’t mind me asking but how do you get your videos to transition on to the blog so clearly? I just posted a video to my youtube channel and then over to the blog but it looks so dark, not great quality. We used our video camera to record and looks great once downloaded but not so great once uploaded to youtube. Ugh

      After recording I import the video into Windows Live Movie Maker. There I edit it etc. and save it. Then I use a program called handbrake that suppresses the file size so it doesn’t take forever to upload to Youtube. Once its done in Handbrake I upload to Youtube. Those extra steps make a difference.

    That last pic reminds me of Moo. She’s my little shadow in the kitchen 24/7 now. Sometimes I love to just stand back and watch her mix dough or cookie mix and I get all emotional because I don’t how got so blessed to have her and JJ.
