Desires that just won’t go away can have a few effects on you.
ONE. They just nag and nag. While they are nagging you have the option of letting feat and doubt stand in the way of going after said desire. This action results in you never knowing if your desired thing might become a reality. You become okay but not really okay with the thought that this desire will never make it into action.
or
TWO. You finally decide to act on it and see what happens. I mean you could fail with the reward to say you at least tried. Or you could succeed with a little faith and a lot of action.
Owning a brick and mortar store has been a desire of mine for many, many years. I’ve mulled over it, and came to the conclusion that right now making the investment to jump into the retail store ring is not not in the cards.
Although initially I was against opening an online store in this over saturated market of online retailers, I’m taking a chance and doing it anyway. I’m doing it speaking into the universe that in two years, I’ll be ready for my brick and mortar store.
E-Friends and Family I’m proud to announce that Unlikely Market is open.
Unlikely Market is a boutique with a bit of vintage, a touch of classic and a twist of modern style specializing in home decor, apparel & seasonal items. I’m still tweaking my product offerings and will be adding new inventory and offering flash sales frequently so please make sure to follow along on Facebook and Instagram for the latest and greatest.
Here are a few of my best selling items right now.
Available in Multiple Colors. $20
Please remember Unlikely Market as you start thinking about affordable holiday gifts and home décor items. I would appreciate it.
Now go like the social pages and share, share, share away. I will be forever grateful!
Ever had something that you really wanted to do but were afraid. Are you still afraid or did you take the leap?!

August 30, 2016 at 7:32 pmKudos for acting on this desire! The store looks great, already got my eye on something for when I get the funds. The desire to re-launch my t-shirt line nagged me for a while Three years later, I finally did it just a few months ago. It’s slow in growing and now there are so many similar apparel lines but I’ve got more ideas and will stay true to myself. It’ll grow in time. 🙂

August 31, 2016 at 8:31 amExactly. It will always be about the determination to keep going and staying true to yourself! I’m used to quitting when things don’t go my way but not this time. I owe this to myself for at least a year.

August 31, 2016 at 7:00 pmSo happy for you and your store. I already picked up a piece that caught my eye and I’ll be back for more! For so long I have wanted to be doing something in the fitness world but was always so afraid for some reason. Last week I took the first step and registered for a class that would get me certified to teach classes. I’m really excited but I’m SO scared! What if no one comes to my classes? What if I look crazy? What if I mess up? There’s no harm in trying so I’m going to put myself out there and see what happens. I’m hoping that this is the first of many fearless steps for both of us! Can’t wait to see your brick + mortar when you’re ready for that next step!

I have a ton of ideas and just need to jump of the porch with them. We can be our biggest critic.
Congrats Again!

September 30, 2016 at 10:53 amYou really do. Taking this leap has in a sense made me more fearless. I think you only need to do one thing that scares you and that’s all it takes to attack other things.
