What’s good?
I kicked off the weekend festivities with my good friend Niya. We celebrated her birthday at Benihana and then headed over to a cafe for some karaoke fun. I sang, En Vogue, and a few other tunes. I did the wobble. Like seriously. I love to do the Wobble. Love.
Saturday morning, headed out to my son’s basketball game and right afterward we headed south to Tallahassee, FL. My stepdaughter had a birthday party and my family to include my two nieces headed down for some birthday fun.
It was a turn around trip. We left here at 11 right after my son’s basketball game, got to Fl around 2:30 and we were back here at 11a Sunday morning.
Took a nap then headed out to the grocery store, because when I say our cupboards were bare…they were BARE. BEAR. and BAYER.
Busy week ahead. Photos are to be back by the end of the week and we are currently working on a press opportunity for Divinitee so I am way excited about that. Deets to come.
All of my new readers, commenters and followers, I see you. I’ll be making my rounds. Welcome, thank you for stopping by here. I appreciate ya!
I didn’t take many photos this weekend, just soaked in time with the family but squeezed in an outfit pic for the Monday Mingle link up which is hosted this week by Mom Trends

January 30, 2012 at 8:16 amMy weekend was ok. Nothing eventful. We did get a break from the rain. I was thankful for that. Saturday night Moo got sick. So we had to skip church. But Sunday dinner was nice & I scored a voucher for this restaurant I haven’t tried out.

January 30, 2012 at 9:10 amI’m loving those bracelets! I need to find me a nice set–one that I’m not going to go crazy if I end up losing one or two (thank you Zee).
My weekend was pretty good, got a lot done, and managed to find a few books at the library for me to read (online library–any money saved is good). Usually I like buying my books to read on my nook, but every now and then a book will catch my eye at the online library.
