When your hair has been laid and slayed with half a jar of  Eco-Styler gel by a hair combing little girl while you were sleeping, a hat becomes your best friend until you find the time to wash your hair.

This is a true story by the way.

Was never happier about picking up this hat from Target Dollar Spot than yesterday when I had to hide the dried gel crunchiness that is my hair.

With a day full of errands and a meeting I really and truly needed to be more comfy and warm than anything.

Don’t ask about the closet renovation.

Just don’t. Not right now, while I’m still digging clothes out of boxes.

    There is no story truer than a “Half-jar of Eco Styler gel” and a “hair combing little girl” story of my life. I need to stop by target and pick up a few colors in that hat! Love that you thrifted the base of this fit!

    I am so glad that those jeans are from Express!! That is one of the only places I can buy jeans from without having to try them on. Do you know the fit/style? Love that outfit!

    And that Eco styler story is real life. I haven’t let Sav play in my hair since I got it cut because I know the end result is me having to wash it, LOL! I try to space those salon trips out!

    Thank Yall for letting me know in advance to never let Emma play in my hair! Your outfit is so cute…it looks so comfortable and cute! I love winter but I having to be so bundled up…it really doesn’t matter what I wear at this point it’s covered up buy big snow boots and puffy coat…there comes a point in Cleveland when being cute goes out the window and trying to stay warm is your only concern!! I wish I could wear an outfit like this now!!

    Cute look!!! My three-year old is a more is better too type of kid. One day I let her help me put some coconut oil in her hair and she went crazy with it. However, I did learn that coconut oil is a great detangler for dry natural hair….lol

      That bag is everything! It was my Mom’s. I’m going to take it to the leather shop and have it polished up.

      Nothing better than having a little budding photographer on hand. He makes my life so much easier when it comes to outfit pictures!
