Sunday Snapshots

As much as I blog for you…I really do. One major part of blogging for me is to document times in my family’s life that I am sure we will be happy to look back on years from now. Daily I capture and freeze in time memories that otherwise wouldn’t have been captured if it weren’t for the sake of good content! I’m just being honest.

For those that don’t blog documenting every minute…okay not every minute but probably every 20 minutes of your day is not at the top of your list, but it is of mine. I’ve decided to implement a weekly series called Sunday Snapshots that will display all of my IG photos from the previous week, more specifically Sunday – Saturday. This is the first and last week that this post will have words….and if you don’t want to be tardy to the party and wait until Sunday to catch up….please feel free to follow me on Instagram!

P.S. If you want to know about the photo feel free to hover over it and you will see the caption

{#OurProject52} 9/52 – In My Cup

While I make attempts, might I add feeble attempts at times not to drink coffee daily, it is something that I do indulge in and savor at least 3 times a week. The taste, the rush, the smell. Coffee is that morning, and sometimes afternoon liquid “crunkness” that I need to start or get through my day.

While I know for a fact there are Starbucks lovers here, when I am not brewing my own coffee at home I am #TeamDunkin all the way. There are times when my son conveniently misses the bus causing me to have to pass the Dunkin on the corner.

{#OurProject52} 8/52 – From Where I Stand

The thing I’ve learned about photography is that sometimes getting the right shot will take more than just aiming the camera at an object and pushing the shutter button. I’ve learned that getting decent pictures for this little blog will sometimes require a few hacks and tricks.

For my Pantry Makeover post I needed to get a shot of the top cabinets and standing on the floor and shooting up just wasn’t getting it for me so I had to take a bit of a drastic measure when my tripod wouldn’t get tall enough.

{OurProject#52} Week 7/52 LOVE

You will have to excuse my subpar submission for today. I’m getting old and traveling is starting to take a toll on me. I’m still not back in full swing from this weekends trip but luckily the weekend in Orlando was focused on love, marriage and family.

Really and truly the ultimate form of love is that of family so I just decided to put all of the selfies and photos I took from this weekend with my children and family and use it as my photo for the week. Love, wedding, family, it works!!
