On the Go with Kozy Shack Pudding + {Giveaway}

Thanks to Kozy Shack for sponsoring today’s discussion. My opinons are mine. You already know!

Now that I am on this fitness quest one of the suggestions that has been made  is I need to eat….regularly.

I’ve been known to go about a day and a half without eating and not be bothered. Well those days are long gone, as I am now eating a few mini meals/snacks throughout the day. This new trend has helped me feel less sluggish, however the downside is around that 3rd hour I get violently hungry. Hungry like I’m pregnant, I get light headed and start looking for the nearest thing near me to eat, throwing caution to the wind on whether said item is good for me or not.

In an effort to make sure I’m not snacking on a bunch of junk I’ve been looking for snacks that I can throw in my bag and eat on the run.

Kozy Shack Pudding

I’ve recently been introduced to Kozy Shack pudding. The pudding comes in a tub as well as small cups. The small cups have been great for snacking on the move while the tub stays at home. I’ve always been a fan of pudding ever since I was a child. My children enjoy pudding as well and as a mother I’m happy to give them Kozy Shack because of the wholesome ingredients….especially seeing that I can pronounce all of them. Nothing says win like letting your children eat something that tastes good and is good for them. Kozy Shack puddings are high in calcium and are gluten free.

Kozy Shack

I am of the cloth that everything from ice cream to pudding tastes a little bit better with Oreo crumbs sprinkled on it. Mash them up real fine over some pudding and you have yourself something. I know the Oreos aren’t the best for me but after a long day there is  nothing like having a sit on my front porch enjoying a fancy cup of pudding with crushed cookies……and a tall glass of Sangria water.

Kozy Shack is being generous and offering one of you a coupon to purchase a Kozy Shack item of your choice valued at $4.99, as well as two super cute ceramic pudding mugs and spoons.

    I haven’t had pudding in FOREVER – as a matter of fact, I haven’t had it since 3rd grade when we made a muddy swamp. And the oreos were the tires. #NostalgicMoment My kids really love it. I’ve never heard of this brand but I’m sure it’s healthier than what I’ve gotten for them. Will definitely have to check this brand out. I’m sure they’ll love it.

    I always see Kozy in the supermarket, but I never think to snag any. I agree, you need to eat more! I tend to do the “snacking throughout the day” thing, and I am always looking for new snacks. I am heading to the supermarket today. Maybe I’ll drop some Kozy in my cart! Thanks for sharing!
